  • Do you accept returns?

    No, we do not accept returns. But we do accept exchanges of equal or greater value. 

    Some items like Christmas trees, seasonal items such as holiday-related products, items under the "SALE" tab, underwear, and swimwear are not eligible for return or exchange. 

  • How do I exchange an item?

    Please contact us by using this form. 

    Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to the store, the cost of any difference in price the new item(s), and the cost of shipping the new item(s) back to the destination. 

    Remember, you don't have to exchange for the same type of item. You can exchange for any other item(s) in the store. 

  • What do I do if my product came damaged?

    Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt of your item. Due to high demand for many of our products, it is possible we will sell out of the item you purchased.

    Please fill out the form on the contact us page. 

    Sometimes items that arrive damaged happen to be the last one of that kind or have another circumstance where a replacement is not possible. In these circumstances, we will work with you to find the next best replacement for the item. 

  • How do I track my package?

    If your tracking number starts with 94612 it is trackable using USPS. 

    If your tracking number starts with 1Z605Y it is trackable using UPS. 

    If your tracking number is for an international order, try USPS or DHL to track your package. 

  • How long does shipping take?

    We strive to be as fast as possible with shipping. Some items are readily available and will ship the same day as your order and some items take a littler longer to ship. You will always be notified if an item is taking longer than usual. Once an item is shipped from our store, it can take anywhere from 2 days to 7 days to arrive. 

  • I am sending a gift to a friend. Can I include a note?

    Yes! Notes are encouraged. We do handwrite notes upon request on a blank sheet of paper, but if you would like something a little more personalized, don't be afraid to add a card to your cart at check out and have us fill it in for you! 

    At checkout, there should be a note section. You can give us instructions and what to write in that box. 

    Gift wrapping is not included in any gift purchase unless gift wrap is purchased along with the gift(s) and specified in the note.
